Sarasota and Bradenton House cleaning companies often require a home to have a 'deep clean' before they offer a regular maintenance cleaning service. This term is used in regards to a  property that needs to have an extra thorough clean, requiring significantly more labor to bring it up to a standard where a regular house clean can be used to maintain it. However, often homes that are reasonably clean, still find themselves being sold an expensive 'deep clean' when it is questionable whether it really needed it.

Clients then think that the team will tackle tasks  that have been untouched for months or years and make it all sparkle like new! Examples being deep mildew on tile grout, severe hard water stains on fixtures or shower glass, grime on cupboard doors, door handles, light and outlet fixtures etc. However, the reality is that some of these tasks may require a specialist service e.g. commercial grade grout cleaning equipment or require significantly more time and elbow grease than allotted in a day e.g. cleaning a stove with heavily burned on food and greasy interior takes time to do a good job. This leads to disappointment and frustration to both parties.
